Many players (definitely not me) are wasting a lot of time to grind those CV UUs, just to find out they get absolutely nothing in return.

So this is a master thread for the various threads to look at the actual numbers that change with the various T10 Unique Upgrades (UU) and other upgrades, instead of -x% this and +y% that. Have I missed something? Any legendaries you owned or obtained BEFORE November 28, 2017 were item level 970 or lower. Each legendary upgrade only works on one ship. "Missing" would be the new ones that never had the UUs, not the ones that got disabled by WG. In the Upgrades section of the Modules page in With Update 0.9.2 mission chains for Unique Upgrades are longer obtainable. It should also enable commanders to take advantage of situations when an enemy turns and exposes a side of their hull.

However, the legendary upgrades are mounted into existing slots and have balancing parameters. Have I missed something?

In a pinch, her above-average armor and torpedoes can even allow her to brawl enemy battleships, though this certainly isn't an ideal scenario. Note that I do not own every single legendary upgrade however I have played all of them (some a lot more than others), I own all T10 ships, and have quite 3k+ battles in T10. I am NOT saying you have to use any particular upgrade. The aim of these upgrades is to adjust the characteristics of a ship to make it perform better in a specific role or offer an alternative style of gameplay. There is absolutely nothing pointing in a direction of CV's UUs and with the current state of the CVs and all the bugs related to them it's clear that UUs for CVs won't be coming any time soon. Overall, half are worth it and half aren’t.

Cons: In addition to a minor drop in Surveillance Radar duration, keep in mind that the new upgrade takes up the sixth slot, which also contains improvements to fire rate, firing range, and AA guns.

World of Warships. The Yamato one is a straight upgrade over the reload mod, as tighter shell grouping is much more valuable than an extra 1.8s of reload time. Captains should be wary of trying to use all three forward turrets in engagements where enemy AP is of concern.
